horrible child will not return my wiifit so i have no idea if i have lost any weight at all. i need to move fair bit more and can i consider running around with my joeys scouts "teaching" for the benefits of exercise???? I have also bought a very simple $20 exercise bike all it does is peddle so i will not have a clue how far i have travelled but its better than nothing right, just need to get it in the house somehow, i have limited space. But the sooner i get started the more weight i will lose right????

Drop in at the nearest chemist tomorrow - they all have good scales - or do your weigh in here exactly 2 weeks after starting the journey on the same scales as your original weigh in and get a nice surprise :) Yes - teaching is exercise - anything moving around burns more calories than not moving! The exercise tracker in this database won't tell you how far, but it will tell you how many calories if you put in how long you pedalled. I get about 100 calories and 6.5 km for every 10 minutes.
