OMG I have put on weight, but not too worried about it, as I have been sticking to the plan reasonably well and have been quite active in the last couple of weeks, so I am putting it down to muscle build up, as I know I have been doing better than I normally do.

It is quite scary though to see the numbers rising, but the next weigh in should be better (hopefully fingers crossed). But I guess they say the better measurement is with size and not weight, and I feel really good clothes wise, so will keep trucking on!!!

Have managed to stick to a gym routine, which is a major bonus, annnnnnd I have been 3 times in one week, yippeee, it feels so good after the workout!!!
262.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

That's awesome soozy! I went through the same thing...with no or miminal weight loss. It looks like it's finally kicking in with me. I agree with you on the muscle build-up philospy. Keep up the good work outs and ww plan!! I promise....it will start to pay off. You're doing great and have an awesome positive attitude.....good luck!
