My 415 lbs. was at the hospital when I went in for chest pains the bed said I had lost down to 415. I went to see my doctor on Thursday and their scales said I had gained 5 lbs. in two days. The very next day I was at my Cardiologist and he asked how much did I weight and I told him what has happened and he said water build up can cause that in that short period of time. Soooo, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
420.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 220.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
