I've been going over my carb limit lately, most likely due to TOM and those crazy cravings I get during this time, but I haven't veered from induction foods, so I guess that's good. I made some flax seed crackers last night, they're ok...I'll fiddle with the recipe until I perfect it :)

At least you tried :) I remember the first time I tried atkins, I was panicking! I bet I ate 3 bags of pork rinds in one day, simply because I missed the "crunch" of chips, lol! It does get easier the longer you stay with it, but it's definitely not easy. This time around, if I get to craving something, I just google a low carb recipe for something similar, and usually i find a decent recipe. It's ok if atkins wasn't a good fit for you... You have to do what works best for you, and then give it your all!

I too struggle with crunch withdrawl.. I made cheese crisp today ..basically baked shredded cheese.. let it cool and it taste just like a "cheese-it". Imma try pepperoni chips next.. TOM is the worse for me too. Way to stay on low carb!
