Looks like the calorie restriction is working. I'm losing 1lb per week, quite steadily. The only problem is the hunger. Great Caesar's Ghost! Damn the hunger!!
144.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
