So hit my target I set myself for the week just weighed in at 273.8 HAPPY!!

Went jogging for the first time in ages and again yesterday to try and establish a route I can use want around 3K then will increase by a K when I can go without stopping and so on think a 5k will be possible by mud February
273.8 lb Lost so far: 107.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
