Three days later and I cannot seem to stay on target. I was doing good at lunch, then my gf brought in a "healthy" cheese cake with fruit... I only had a little, but it was enough to go over the carb count I know.
I think with my bday and all I need to just stick to my calorie deficit, workout and Tuesday I will start with day 1 all over again :(
