Good Morning peeps, another pound down---looks like the scale is on the downward slope once again. I will make that goal of being in a new decade by month end! The changes in plan are working as expected. Yippee!!!
251.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
