Readjusting my goal weight. I have felt "too skinny" the last week or two, and even my husband is making comments about watching how much I lose. I feel like my hip bones really started to jut out and my sternum was just weird looking. I was really starting to feel extremely uncomfortable. Now I'm back at about 25%-26% body fat, and I'm feeling much better. Getting below 24% was a little much. I'm still at my smallest waist size ever. I may readjust again later, but for now I am liking where I'm at. I think I need some time to get used to the new skinny me. :)

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 May 2011:

Sometimes it takes an outsiders point of view to get us back in check with how we really look versus how we percieve our looks. As long as you feel good where you are at, head towards maintenance. You can always go back to losing body fat when and if you are ready :)

Congrats on reaching goal!! I got too thin once a few years ago and the thinnest I had ever been but it had affected my health negatively. I never in my wildest imagination could've thought I would ever face such a situation. I'm wiser now!
