I need motivation...I need a pick me up...I need someone to remind me that I can do this. Trying to shake the Holiday "ease of eating whatever" is not helping me to move forward. Still trying to lose the weight I gained since my lowest weight to get back to it.

I just need someone to say you got this!

you got this. Just work up to where you were before the holidays by taking small steps e.g. planning your breakfast for the week and sticking to that then, next week, improve your breakfast and lunch, etc. Also, try to walk for 10 minutes only. Just relax and take one meal/one step at a time as it is hard to go from 0 to 20 in a flash.

You can do it! I'm struggling to get back on track too if it makes you feel any better. I think the holidays really throw just about everyone off.

You've got this Lovergirl! 10 deep breaths saying "I've got this" on each inhale and exhale. Believe it and make it so!

You can do this!! Think about how good exercise makes you feel and how much more energy you have if you follow your plan. That's what I'm trying hard to do. I'm also trying hard to get back to the gym routine and walking every morning, cold days I don't want to get out from under the covers. LOL Life also tends to inturrupt.

You are more than halfway to your goal, and that couldn't have happened without some major lifestyle changes already made. Just keep on doing what you were doing before the holidays. You got this!

I totally get it. Try not to focus too much on what you are eating wrong, However whenever you do something right just be proud of yourself and tell yourself each time that you are on the right track and eventually you will be ON track. Best of luck to you!

YES YOU CAN! If you need a pick me up have you tried the 5:2 Diet, Dr. Michael Moseley? Try it for a week, that will surely give you the pick up you need and who knows maybe you'll try it for another week and so on. I like the way my stomach is feeling on this program and it makes food logging much easier!

BTW - I am not a doctor - just speaking from my own experience with the 5:2 Diet.
