Woohoo! Finally seeing the weight go down. Man! So now the trick is to keep going. Often what I do at this point is to think, OK. Now I can eat anything I want again. Anyone else have this strange thing happen? Well, today. NOT going to think that way. Going to think that I am 2.5 pounds from where I feel super good and 4 pounds from where I feel awesome! So.... stick to food plan and work out on treadmill and jumping jacks today. So excited! Keep the faith, everyone. You can do it!
136.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
