This morning I forgot to weigh in before I ate. It was a crazy Monday morning. This weekend was my birthday and party. I had no cake, no chips or anything not allowed except for a few drinks that were 0 carb. Vodka and diet soda. The only other slip up was almost no water all weekend. I'll weigh in tomorrow and see how much damage I've done.
