So, it has been about a year and 3 months since I started gaining the 100lbs I lost back. I have gained it all back and then some! But not any more! I can't believe I did this to myself. I have started back on my diet (low carb, low sugar, 1000 calories a day) and am participating in the biggest loser at work to motivate me. I will lose all the weight I put back on AND lose some extra to get to the 130 goal I originally had. Here I go again....
295.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 165.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Make your diet sustainable for the long haul. Don't do anything to lose the weight that you aren't willing to do for the rest of your life in order to keep it off. 1000 a day may not be sustainable for the long. It's better to start high and as you lose you can cut the calories to keep losing. No reason you can't start at 1500 to 1800 a day. Get plenty of lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Drink your water. If you are able, exercise is the number one way to help keep the weight off. Get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. Try some workout videos at home. At collagevideo.com you can view videos before you buy. Get some light hand weights and a mat. Get a cooler and bring all your food you need for the day. Plan snacks for your hungry times.
