Almost weigh in day!! I am ready to see how much weight I have lost since I began. I feel better already just incorporating exercise into my routine. I must say that I also receive a sense of self accomplishment I feel when I don't go over my calories. I have also found it's easier, AND FREE, to count calories rather than do weight watchers. Weight watchers made me lose weight when nothing else would 2 years ago. That just doesn't work for me at this time right now because I cannot get motivated to do so on their program. I have been feeling fuller on this diet as well- love my fiber! I will not give up. I will conquer this weight loss.
