I am feeling wonderful today! I think it has to do with working out again. I am honestly glad about that. Like, I felt so bleh when I wasn't working out and started to feel really restless after a couple of days but my back wouldn't allow me to do it so I had to endure. My eating suffered and yeah. Now though, I feel like I am back on track. My eating is better and the working out makes me feel pretty good about myself. Not so much in that I will see results but more that I am up and doing something better to get myself healthy. I have two girls that rely on me so I need to do my best to ensure that I will not be taken away from them too early. I have to be able to become that crazy grandma who can out run her grandkids!! Lol! Yes...that is a goal of mine. :p

I do think that a focus of mine today is to make sure I get the whole 14 cups of water. It's been hard because I was out of my blood pressure meds for 2 days and once my refill came in and I started taking them again, it was like I was peeing every half an hour lol! It's starting to fix itself though. Keeping this kind of short since today is a busy day. :)

EDIT: So because I was in such a rush today, my eating fell off track. :( But it's okay. I can recover from this. :)

Daily Summary
*Focus T25: Today was Speed 1.0. I love this workout but man! It's so hard! My heart rate didn't drop below 90%. It was hard and I was super sweaty but you know, I am proud that I did it. I took more breaks then I wanted but I figure as the week continues on, I will regain what was lost.

Plank: 30 sec Plank today. It seemed harder than I remember lol! My friend said it is easier to gain back the strength and stamina that I lost from my week off so I am hoping so because...yeah. @_@

Kettlebell: This workout still makes me sweat hard! I love it though. My body is still adjusting to it though as my hamstrings are kind of tight and my back would start to ache a little quicker than before. So I just taking it to mean that I am gaining strength in those areas. I am being careful though so I don't end up pulling something. ;_;
