I hate those little red arrows. Two days in a row, friday going over my calorie intake as well as not burning enough to compensate and last night thanks to a dinner with the inlaws I ate more than my RDI...interesting to note how I feel...which is a small quiver of feeling out of control. The best part of the weight loss journey is the empowerment and feeling that I have some hand in my life and I am not willing to give that up for a snack on the town. Today I will take a long walk, go to the grocery and stock up on healthy foods and take care of staying within my RDI...small things but they seem to have an immense effect on how I feel in my life.Today is about getting back on track!!!
