This is my first day joining fatsecret. I was very impressed with the site and thought that joining would give me the motivation I need to continue on my diet that I started 9 days ago. I lost a quick 6 pounds, but it's tougher after this... hopefully all these good recipees and advice will get me over the hump!

Welcome to South Beach and Fat Secret! I can't say enough good things about this diet! I will never go back to my old habits...I feel so much better on this! My hubby can even do this diet!! Good luck to you!
