Down a pound event hough it's that time of the month. I am finding that this diet is all about routine knowing the healthy options I have given myself...eating out becomes hard and it's just easier to work within my own cupboards. Put on a dress yesterday that hasn't done up since 2006! Can start to see the difference in how my body looks...it's only 5 lbs but I it's meant adding clothes back that haven't been there for years!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
