I woke up hungry, I never wake up hungry. Made some hot cereal from roasted spelt flakes and some papaya I dried yesterday, it tastes really good. It's new to me. Sunny morning, supposed to get into the 50's, yesterday it did but there was a strong wind that made it feel cold, the wind has died down.

11,510 steps yesterday. Some squats and kettle ball. Much of my planned chores done plus a few added along the way, will try to finish them this morning and early afternoon. Priority is the frig. And planning out food for the week.

Finally getting things organized after the holidays so I can tackle some remodeling projects and get to the gym.

It's weird I really don't like raw plain papaya. I love it in salads, I dry in no sugar added, love it, in smoothies or cooked. I think it's a texture thing.
