Well Its 2015 & I think I am really ready to make some changes.. Weight is still the same but at least I haven't gained any weight. I got a bike for Christmas & am really enjoying being out riding it..I do have some negativity from others & I guess I don't blame then because I have started over so many times, I guess I can only show them and myself that I am serious..One day at a time
240.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
