First week on a modified Daniel's Fast(including eggs). Lost 14lbs so far. Went to the gym(SBCF) today(01/17/15) for the 1st time in months. Warmed up on the AirDyne and then did 2000m on the rowing machine. Rowing machine was tough but I finished. A good day.
