My buddies, my friends, oh how I have missed you. I need to start again. I began by wearing my FitBit Flex for the last 3 days. Today, I am entering my food.
I have to get back in the swing. I am MUCH HAPPIER when I am on plan. So, for today, I choose to start again. No repercussions, no beating myself up. I am a full blown food addict. I have to accept that I need to do this, with its ups and downs as it is part of my life.
