haven't posted for a little while but this is a second bump up to 191...ever since i moved to phase 2 and added a little carbs back in my weight seems to fluctuate from 185 and 191... even with time on weights, the elliptical, and yoga added in. official weigh ins have maintained 187ish, but with only 2 weeks left in my 12 week program, i'm starting to get discouraged. gotta stay the course though and not lose the progress i've gained. definitely need to maintain that 20 lb kick start and find another way to get the trend moving back downward, even if that means starting a new session of phase 1.
