In the section about nutrition, he recommends eating 1.2g of protein, 1g carbs, and 0.2g fat per lb. of body weight. At my current weight of 174 lbs, that would put me at the following:

208.8g protein = 835 cals
174 g carbs=696 cals
35 g fat = 313 cals total

dont over think it, lift heavy, eat in a slight deficit, look for results by taking a photo or trying on jeans in 2-3 weeks. if its working keep going, if not reduce cals again
