I did horrible on my eating this evening for dinner. But did great the rest of the day. Need to focus for tomorrow! We have a department meeting at a local bar & grill so I don't know how difficult it is going to be for lunch. I'm hoping they have their menu online so I can pick something out ahead of time.
I doing great with my challenges. I have been to the gym three times this week so far (working out with the trainer each time plus cardio afterwards). I have also managed to do my 100 pushups and 100 situps each day!
Tomorrow is another day with the trainer (last day for the week). I am going to try to get to the gym on Saturday during the kids nap time. Crossing fingers my oldest actually takes a nap or no gym for me.
