I've been putting off this weigh in as long as possible, but it's time. I've been doing great this week, and except for being a little backed up, there is no logical reason for this gain. I even got to the gym twice!

I'm not going to worry about it right now, but the way I see it, I have two weeks to get back down to 188.5, which is where I started the month. I REFUSE to have a month with a net gain. That just won't do. I have a feeling it's bloat and will go away soon. Maybe a little stress, too. Looking forward to the jacuzzi this weekend and SO glad it's Friday!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 87.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I remember some time ago you mentioning you'd taken your dog for a walk and had seen a coyote. Was that the stress? Was it a real coyote, or is that a gang name down there? You orta move away from that crazy city.

I've only been weighing in once a week, on Wednesdays, unless my Internet is down. Then I go to MY DIET and click on the link called "enter historical weight entries." That way I can record my Wednesday weigh in on the right day. I'm still doing the weekly weight averaging which was a great tip you gave us. Hope you are doing well. Thinking of you!
