Last night (Jan. 15th) after dinner, I was the hungriest I have been since starting the diet. I am not sure what caused this, but instead of having Greek Yogurt with fruit, I had slow-cooked oatmeal with sugar and 2 T. heavy cream. An hour later, I was still hungry and had 1/4 cup of chocolate walnut ice cream. Interestingly, my weight on the mornings of Jan. 14th and 15th was 150. In the afternoons on the same days it was 147. This morning the weigh-in was 146. I am interested to see what happens in the afternoon.
