Is this group Low Carb High Fat or Low Calorie High Fat. Because Low Calorie, High Fat doesn't make any sense. I do LCHF/Atkins and do well, but I want to make sure I'm in the right group. I've already lost 65 lbs this past year, went off this woe and gained a few lbs. back.
