1698 kcal Fat: 77.37g | Prot: 82.07g | Carb: 169.60g.   Breakfast: Cheerios, Blueberries, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat). Lunch: Melba Toast, Olive Oil, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Fat Free Feta Cheese, Balsamic Vinegar. Dinner: Chicken Stock (Canned), Vegetable Oil, Mashed Potato, Pear Nectar (with Added Ascorbic Acid, Canned), Pecan Nuts, Craisins, Chicken Breast, Poppy Seed, Honey, Corn Starch. Snacks/Other: Wheat Thins Crackers - Original, Pistachio Nuts. more...
