Resisted eating chips with dd's (who's a chef) guacamole yesterday. The guac was nothing but vegetables (avocado, onion, tomato,) and lime juice. Instead of chips, she sliced some carrots (vertically) and celery. Not gonna lie, I missed the salty crunchy chips, but felt good that I resisted them. After the first two or three and concentrating on how healthy I was eating, I put the memory of the chips aside. Try it! You might like it.
Haven't cheated on my 21 Day No Junk Food challenge.
Haven't weighed this week either. I hope Monday brings a surprise. Gee, will I be disappointed and fall back into my old ways? Maybe, but I will concentrate on how I feel. Don't feel bloated like I usually do.
