Some times I wonder what is wrong with me? Tomorrow is my weigh-in day and for lunch I ate 1/2 pound of prosciutto. (Let's not get into why you shouldn't grocery shop while hungry.)

Actually not bad on the calories (I was pleasantly surprised), but the sodium. I'm going to puff up like a puffer fish by tomorrow morning.



Now frantically downing vast amounts of water to counteract the salt. Also going to eat foods high in potassium for dinner.
