BMI and me.

I hit a mile marker/min goal. I have been looking forward to breaking 190. I did it today. Hooray. So with this min-goal I have been shifted on the dreaded BMI indicator and am no longer obese! I have moved into the 'overweight' catagory. Hey, I'll take it! And now to carry on the battle. No. Not the battle. Allow me to rephrase that. Now to carry on my new way of preparing and eating my 'so good for me' nutrition.

Love to all on the gloomy outside but sunny inside day.
