So, ever since Friday evening, after I swam, I got sick. A friend came over to celebrate my birthday and he gave me the stomach flu for a present. Saturday I only hate one meal, it was Pho which is a Vietnamese dish, and then Sunday I had Zaxby's. Monday I got more of an appetite and was able to eat 2 meals. Today, I can feel my hunger, so I made oatmeal and will be snacking again today like normal. Yay 6 meals a day!
I exercised yesterday with free weights, followed by cardio. Today is day of rest so I will not really do much except the push ups. Ow.
Trying to decide how to continue this week. I still feel a little weak but I do not want to over exert my body. Hmm.
