Down another pound 2 more pounds and I will be at 50 pounds lost. I can almost guarantee I will be there by by Friday. I am going to try to pay more attention to my scale. Not the weight part that is going great but the fat/water/and muscle part. I need to start trying to get back to my bodybuilding mind frame. Going to try and see if I can maintain low calories like I have been while increasing my protein intake. Also going to reintroduce creatine and glutamine back in daily supplements.

Are you doing any kind of workouts? Those are some low calories if you are working out as well. Be careful!

Yup been going to the gym 6 days a week half hour treadmill followed by 45 mins heavy lifting. One muscle group per day. Calories are low I'm trying to introduce more now since the weight is just flying off. Energy is way up and so is moral. Things have been doing so well for me lately it's kinda hard to change. I had a 6" subway today for lunch and I almost could not finish it. I wish I was on that show Biggest Loser I would have it locked.

You are killing it! Good work! I tried that formula maybe I am doing it wrong but it shows 2.3 pound weight loss a week! Which slow and steady is great but I want to see these pounds blast so, I reset my RDI to 1000, which I wasnt hardly going over that anyway and I am trying to keep my fat under 21, besides that I just need to bust my butt more in the exercise departemnt!!

Thank you Mrs smith1 your doing great actually better than a big portion on this site. I have no idea why things are flying off of me so don't base it on my loss it's definitely not the norm and I'm sure its going to plateau eventually. Some times the math doesn't make sense but as long as you stay consistent it will work. Weight Watchers has basically took this theory of counting and patented it. Took the math out and just calls it points.
