well so far am doing rather well, even with eating out a couple times I am managing to keep the numbers slowly going down. The walks are nice, but extremely hot, but I keep pushing forward and continuing even though I dread the heat. Our pool is still not running properly and it sure would be nice to add swimming to my day especially after a hot walk!
