My return to Zumba Gold was a total blast! I had so much fun, and was able to follow the choreography with almost no trouble. My instructor and one of my Zumba buddies told me to take it easy a few times, since I was getting into it so well, with very little pain. The endorphin high from a good Zumba class lasts me for hours, and I got a lot done.

I made the mistake of thinking that would be a great time to cut down on my next dose of pain medication, taking 1/3 the dose I had previously. A Big Mistake. Major pain hit a few hours later, so that I took my next dose of medication an hour early. That did take care of it, so I did take less pain medication yesterday (yay!), but I'll have to use common sense. I'm still healing, and pain control is important. Just looking forward to everything being "normal" again.

I hope to go to a 4:30 Zumba class tonight, with one of my favorite instructors, Ronnie. I baked some spicy Mexican Hot Chocolate cookies to take him, as he loves my baking and I haven't seen him for nearly two months. I'll take it easy...

I have a meeting in an hour, so I'd better go prepare for it. See you all later...
