Everyone NEEDS to watch FATHEAD right now!! it's a rebuttal to supersize me... no kidding.. whether you do low card or dont believe it works/is healthy/whatever- go to hulu.com and watch it- it changed my life!!!!!i am so happy that i finally see results! atkins is amazing- pretty sure i am in ketosis!!!! :D YAY!
