Finished up my 3rd week of Keto. Last Friday, le bf's roommate celebrated his birthday at a buffet...at a buffet. MAN!

So...that day was probably the worst for my diet, because I totally just fucked it in the ass. The day began with getting a breve latte from Starbucks (sans sugar, sans flavoring). I thought i was doing well, since it followed Keto pretty closely. I thought I'd drink the breve instead of the bulletproof coffee. After downing about 5/6 of the coffee, I decided to check its nutritional information. HA HA! Wut...

So before I even talk about that stupid breve's nutritional info, I just wanted to put out there that my daily rations of carbs is at 20g. That's the goal. Some days, I go a little over, some days I am a little under. Typically, I'm a little more forgiving, since it's my first week and I'm trying to SLOWLY wean from sugar/carbs.

Back to le breve drink. After checking its nutritional info, I saw that it had my ENTIRE DAY'S WORTH OF CARBS! What the hell...

So I thought to myself, "that's okay, so long as you don't go over 50g, you're good!"

...

Yeah...that didn't happen. I went to a buffet that night, and careened through the 50gs of carbs. Pasta, rice pilaf, Mongolian grill noodles...Suffice it to say, that was an awful cheat day. The following day, I went straight back to Keto, and had hot pot in the evening. The foodstuffs consisted of green leafy veggies, a few mushrooms, some lamb and beef meats, and a bit of tendon. Yeah...two days back to back with eating TONS of food for dinner really hurt my weight. Not only that, but I'd been really bad about my water intake last week. So...3+ gain.

This week is light fasting week. I'm not looking forward to it, but it will help me with my water intake.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
