"official" weigh in tomorrow. Hopeful. The Wii says I am down 1.8 pounds since last time I was on it - hope to be down another pound on the scale here. Had fun boxing on the Wii last night. Only one more week of the strict South Beach Phase. We really enjoyed the chicken thigh and olives and beans recipe this weekend.
