talk2bjs's Journal, 12 January 2015

Ok well I did not make a new years resolution ...I am working on a constant life resolution that I fail on time and time again. While I am down 15 pounds from where I was in January 2014 ..I am up 8 pounds of where I was in November 2014. I enjoyed making FUDGE and eating FUDGE! Now today I am just start taking note of what I eat and trying to eat the best possible things. Next week is when I plan on getting my work out routine started. I would like to have 10 pounds off by February 13th. Then another 15 pounds by April 30th which will put me at 175 on April 30th. I would then like to focus on the last 10 pounds by June 30th putting me at 165 my goal weight by my anniversary/birthday month in July :) Then it will just be about maintaining and working out to shape my body and build muscle so that 165 really is 155 in clothes :)

Hi Dana, Well I have been on the journey. When I am truly following weight watchers I eat their 2 point treats for my sweets. I have not followed my plan since I made the journal. But hopefully I will be on track Feb 2nd as I will be addressing medical issues as I will finally have medical insurance in place Feb 1st. If you follow weight watchers to the T..and you don't loose weight then you have a medical issue. I have followed weight watchers and been very successful but I am always "obsessive" with my points when I am "paying for my meetings"!!!
