Thanksgiving Day I weighed myself (prior to the feasting, mind you) and came in at 137 pounds. I dropped ten pounds by February for a wedding but here I am, three months later and up five pounds. It would be FANTASTIC to not only shed these five pounds but also shed 12 more so I can finally be fit and confident in time for summer.

Diet Calendar Entries for 16 May 2011:
1405 kcal Fat: 50.80g | Prot: 80.08g | Carb: 136.09g.   Breakfast: whole wheat bread, egg, mayonnaise, skinny caramel latte, mozzarella cheese. Lunch: mozzarella cheese, pizza crust, mushrooms, tomato sauce. Dinner: orzo vegetable soup campbell's. Snacks/Other: 100 calorie almonds, yoplait greek yogurt blueberry, merlot. more...
