Well at least I didn't gain weight. How can exercise and watching my intake equate to no weight lost? This is getting frustrating. I guess all I can do is just keep trudging forward. Looks like it is another night on the spin bike for me. #sorebutt

If you're open to suggestions, I would say make sure you enter everything you eat into your food log, do it religiously, and measure everything. That way you know for sure how much you're eating. It's surprising how quickly they can add up.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Sore muscles usually means the muscles are retaining water to help them heal. It can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. Cherries or cherry juice is supposed to help. Just keep going. The scale will catch up.

I know I when I up my excercise routine I usually do a small gain.. I chatted about that with my training. I can share what he said, when we exercise eat on plan and drink enough water there could be a small gain since our sore muscles are filling with water to ease the stress we just put them through.. So hang in there it will drop. and you will loose inches along the way.
