i don't understand the rapid weight gain. I would've expected that over the holidays. But I've been eating healthy since i got back :(
148.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are the calorie totals on here accurate for what you are actually eating? If so you are not eating nearly enough and your body is probably going into starvation mode.

They are correct. And i've been doing that for a while and lost quiet a lot of weight, now it's up and down like a jojo. This am i was 4.5 lbs less

making sure what you eat is spaced out in regular intervals can help too I find. I aim for every 4 hours to keep from hitting starvation calorie hoarde....

i try to do that on the weekends. during the week i just don't have enough time. I only have 30 mins for lunch
