Ate very irregularly this week (we had company) so back up a pound. But getting ready for 1/2 marathon and feel good.
176.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I am surprised Kimberly, You have been exercising like crazy!!!!!-I did not review your food journal. Buy you will lose again..Probably diet just needs tweek.

Did you watch 4 minute mile, the movie I recommended? I don't recommend movies often. It was good for you in training.

Muscles will also retain water if worked harder while the recoup.

Yeah, I'm sure you'll taking in LOTS of water. Sounds strange, coming from an average-short person, but my pedometer calibration showed my stride is that of a man. Maybe all those years trying to keep up with Dad. It's paying off for you now - you can really cover some ground! Love you, buddy!

Yes. Thank you everyone. My walk is actually on Sunday, starting at 8am mountain time, so send me some juice everyone! I'm truly thrilled.
