Happy Sunday all!
Down another lb this morning, that makes 9 so far this month. Never been on a roll like this before, but then again, never had all these personal challenges going on at one time before either. I am eating well, no junk (except for that little mini snickers yesterday), taking my meds and vitamins and drinking all my water (and then some). Doing a little strength training and treadmill at home and some gardening/yard work thrown in for good measure. That is just about all I can handle for now. It is working so not going to complain, maybe I have found the right balance and God is on my side to see me thru success!
Another quiet rainy day here in CT. Made some yummy New England Clam Chowder for today- NOM-NOM!
I just heard my coffee pot stop perking and the smell of fresh brewed is coming my way...must get some!

Good Sunday morning, Babs. I am on my first cup of joe, and it is so good. I love perked coffee. It is completely different from drip. I have a french press, a drip machine, and a pyrex, stove top percolator that my mom gave me. Congratulations on your weight loss....you are doing awesome. I am really happy for you!
