I know it's been too long since I wrote on my journal; its also been a hard couple weeks. I am finally all moved into my apartment and actually got my hands on a car. I have tried hard to stay on my routine of diet and exercise but have had a rougher time on my exercise because of trying to take care of business that I have to do. I hope to get these things straightened out soon as falling short of the goals I have made for myself doesn't make me feel good. Going to shoot for things being taken care of by the end of this week. I hope everyone is doing well now that we are into a brand new year.

Hello Sweets. Wondered of your whereabouts. You know you can only do so much. One thing at a time. You've made awesome steps. An apartment and now a car. Lots of things done in a short period of time. Take care.

Yeah! apartment and transportation!! look at you go....(literally) so happy for you. Exercise is good but think about how many calories you burned and all the muscles you worked out getting your place put together..(unpacking etc.) your back now...take advantage of your new beginnings....have a fabulous day!!!

It is difficult. I'm 56 and working full time with a home business too. I finally got to a point where I have to go to the gym feel right...both mentally and physically. That took 2 years to get here. Conflicts and things happen and I have to skip but that just means my schedule has changed and I'll have to do it tomorrow instead. Hang in there.
