So frustrating! Counting calories and I go up, don't count one day and I go down.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I sometimes find that the results from a really good day take a day or two to show on the scale. Maybe only weigh in every other day to let your body adjust to the changes you have made. Just a thought :)

The same happened tome this week. Ugh, but keep on going, it has to come off eventually, if we keep at it!
