This week (Jan 4 - 10) it's gonna be bitterly cold here in TN. No outdoor running for me as temps won't be above freezing most days. Regarding exercise, I usually don't list/count anything but running outside here, but I make notes on my calendar about what I do at the gym when I'm on the treadmill or weights. I get anxious when not exercising so I guess it's off to the fitness center most everyday this week.
