I lost .4 today, yeah! I am feeling a lot better being able to see a small loss everyday. I just have to keep it up. It is when I start seeing that gain that I get really down and then stop trying as hard. Shouldn't it be the other way, I don't know. I got my hair cut yesterday. John didn't say anything about it I know he is not happy with it. But I was impressed with his response when I asked. He normally throws a fit and says he doesn't like it and can't wait for it to grow back. But instead he told me, "You know I like your hair longer, but if this works better for you that is what is important." I was shocked. I then explained with all the time I spend at the barn and cleaning out the stalls, running with kids, I need something that is easy to keep up, cool enough during the summer and still looks cute. He was okay with it then. Just wait until he finds out I am going back next month to get it trimmed back up and if I have a job to get it colored as well.

Back to the diet front.
I am fixing coffee right now and I don't know what else I will add with it for breakfast. I may have some yogurt if there is any left.
I am planning on fixing chili dogs for the kids for lunch and just a bowl of chili for me. We are having the cookout tonight so I know I will have some chicken, coleslaw, ranch style beans, potato salad, and a brownie. We will have to see what else is there I may add something else to my plate. I do plan on having very small servings though and sharing my chicken with the kids. I most definitely have to make sure I get 5 bottles of water in today before drinking any other juice or pop. My kidneys were flaring up again this morning from dehydration I am sure. I didn't drink nearly enough of anything yesterday. I may have only had 20 oz. of liquid.

Exercise wise I will only have housework and cleaning the church for housework today, but I have enough housework that it could be exercise. I am hoping next week that I can start riding again. But you have to keep pressure down on your toes and I don't know if my toe will let me do that yet. Monday will be a week since I broke it sure by the 2 week mark I will be almost back to normal.
