I am not actually sure what happened with the diet but we just kind of fell off and one thing led to another and stuff happens. I put back 22 of the 31 pounds I lost and here it is January2015 and I am very soon to be another year older and man oh man it does not get any easier with age. So new day, new year and time to get this ship on course.
316.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
